Originally I was going to add to this selection in a methodical fashion, however, with an increasing size of knife and spike combinations possible, I have decided to approach this task from a different heading.

Instead of guessing what might sell, I will let you, the customer, help me make that decision with your individual preferences. If you don't see the rig with the exact knife & spike combination you desire, we will create it.

If you want something other than what you see here, pick a knife and a spike combination that you would like (I am happy to help you with your selection, for answers to any questions, please email me at 4mastjack@gmail.com or check out the comparison charts here:Jack's Blog) and I will design a sheath to your specs. If you are purchasing the knife and spike today, simply select the 'New (custom)' sheath option below to your cart and make a note regarding any special requests in the comments section during checkout. I will probably be in touch with you within a day or two (if I'm not out of town or at sea).

Reworking existing CAD files to create new combinations can sometimes add a week or so to processing your order. Please be patient and remember Jack stands behind his work. All of his leather products are gaurenteed for life against everything except falling overboard and dogs.

If you are not happy with the new design, drop Jack a line and he'll take another pass at it.

Beeswax Sealing

Jack is now offering beeswax sealing. The sheath is submerged in molten beeswax to create an impermeable finish. It colors the natural leather dark brown and stiffens the leather considerably. If left to sit for a long time, the wax will 'bloom', however simply warming it up with use (or sunlight) will return it to it's original luster.  The wax will also crack on the flaps with snaps, however the leather beneath will remain intact.

Laser Etching

Jack can place vector art or a black and white picture on any of his leather products. High contrast images work best for the latter. Most logos should cost around $25.00. Depending upon the artwork, it may cost a little more. Jack will gladly do a test on a piece of scrap to make sure we're getting the desired results. Drop him line, he'll answer any questions and tell you where to send the image.

RETURN POLICY: THIS PAGE SELLS SHEATHS ONLY. KNIVES AND SPIKES ARE NOT INCLUDED. RETURNS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR NON-CUSTOMIZED ITEMS. I will work with you if a custom item is not to your satisfaction to get you the sheath you want, but only items that can be resold will be accepted for return. Adding a monogram or laser etching is considered customization.
